PURASPEC_JM absorbents and process technologies provide oil refiners with a simple and effective means of removing undesired impurities from hydrocarbon streams. PURASPEC_JM technology is designed to provide highly efficient and cost effective polishing of low levels of inorganic impurities from liquid and gaseous hydrocarbon streams. In particular, chloride contamination is removed from downstream of catalytic reforming reactors, sulphur is removed from intermediate and product naphtha or kerosene streams and, increasing, PURASPEC_JM technology is being utilized to cleanse mercury from naphthas.
