LATEST NEWS Johnson Matthey has agreed to assign its patents relating to certain of its VERTEC products and to provide the recipes for these patented products to Dorf Ketal Chemicals (India) PVT.Ltd, with the objective of ensuring that customers for these patented products can continue to obtain them. The transaction is due to complete on April 1 2011.
